Bellllllllaaaaaaaahhhhhhh!!!!

Our Bella is gone.  A couple from the Villages wanted her, and we had to let her go.  Tears, tears, tears....

All we have left are the fabulous memories and friends we made for the four short years we lived in her.  I am already planning what RV we will get next.  Maybe this lifestyle wasn't out of my system all the way.  But Gary is very happy digging in dirt, using his machete like a wild man, playing with his chain saw and weed wacker, and of course, his mini tractor.

I am having as much fun planting seeds, meeting people about goats, chickens and fencing.  Also working on the house like a crazy woman.  Our powerwasher does not do a good enough job for me, so I will wash the entire exterior (I already did the entire interior) by hand with the brush and a spray bottle of Clorox CleanUp.  The house was never washed, and I want it clean.  Here is our rigged scaffolding, and it worked great.  Probably should have had a helmet on...
The WHOLE house by hand

Gary and I enjoyed building his loft in the truck garage.  Ariel (our tractor) and the dump cart reside below it.  All my twelve boxes of Christmas stuff, and other things, reside on the top.

Our real rain barrel
We have been busy constructing and deconstructing the overgrown trees, weeds and brambles along the fence line.  And I get to burn it all in the back yard.  I think I would have made a good pioneer woman.  By the fall we will have a garden, sunflowers and a completely fenced in property.  Then we will build the henhouse, goat barn and get some never-had-before 'pets'.

Looking forward to anyone that wants to visit to come on!  Donna and Ron, whom we met in 2010, will be here in about 2 hours for a visit.  They have sold their RV and dually, so will be staying in our newly decorated guest room.

Let the good times roll!
